Unearthing the wisdom of the past
In the 1970s-2000s, Zecharia Sitchin wrote a series of books that advocated "outlandish" findings: extraterrestrials colonizing Earth, “our” planet being harvested for minerals (especially gold), our creation by ETs by means of genetic intervention, the start-up of a system of city-states in what we now call the Near East, an intra-solar system collision by a rogue body. In short, a completely radical, brand-new model of our ancient-most history—before history began. This is a comprehensive model that fits with the Ancient Alien Theory. His first book came out 50 years ago, and we still cling to the old-school notion that the ancient "gods" were myths.
Why don't we listen to the Ancients?
Our purpose
Zecharia Sitchin’s foundation work, The 12th Planet, was the precursor for a life-long publishing effort that proposed reimagining the prehistory and early history of planet Earth. Some of his translations of age-old texts have recounted astronomical events that only now are being rediscovered by science, as well as genetic interventions that only now are being duplicated in CRISPR gene editing. His foremost proposition was to shift the translation mind-set from the gods-as-myths to the gods-as-flesh-and-blood beings, as in Ancient Alien Theory.
Fred Dahl has studied Sitchin's salient assertions, identified his sources, and meticulously compared them with traditional translations and with today's cutting-edge technology and science. His aim is to legitimize the Earth Chronicles as a valid candidate for scholarly research and study as a new model for our ancient-most history.
